"One tiny little thing."

I have looked all over this neighborhood house hunting. I live nearby in a townhome and now I'm looking to buy a house. This street certainly is beautiful and it is within walking distance to a movie theatre, several amazing restaurants, boutiques, a bakery and a grocery store. My only issue with this street is it runs along the back side of The Culver Studios. I am concerned, although I have no experience, that noise may be an issue.

"Peaceful, beautiful. I love this street!"

I live nearby in a townhome. I am looking into purchasing a house on Irving Pl. The price is right and I adore the location. Everything I need is within walking distance. There is a Trader Joe's, several restaurants and an amazing bakery. My favorite place to eat is Santa Maria BBQ. A stadium seat movie theatre is just up the street.

"Now this is a charming place!"

I love Lafayette. It's quiet and peaceful. The residents are respectful and courteous. I live nearby and frequently walk up this street on my way to the bakery. It's the only street in Los Angeles where strangers greet you with a "good morning." My wife enjoys the shopping and movie theatre just up the street.

"A not so quiet place to dodge bullets."

In all fairness, I have never heard gunfire while visiting my ex-girlfriend on Beverlywood Street. However, I have been threatened with violence to my person and destruction to my car. I did nothing to provoke the threats. Fortunately nothing came of the angry words and the young lady found a new place to live where she feels more secure. I keep clear of that whole neighborhood.

"Too much police activity for me."

I have a very dear friend that lived Airdrome Street in Los Angeles. The police were always there. I don't mean they are on patrol, but are usually responding to a 911 call. I have seen fights between (I am assuming) gang members. I have seen cars broken into. I just do not feel safe in that neighborhood.

"Preuss Road is nothing but trouble."

I have had several bad experiences on Preuss Rd. in Los Angeles. The homes are older, but charmimg. The neighborhood offers nearby restaurants and boutiques. The Robertson Recreation Center is neaby. However, I have caught men trying to break into cars on two seperate occasions. I choose not to visit my friend there, but insist that she visit me. I don't reccommend this street for anyone.

"Lucerne Ave. is a perfect place for a young family."

Schools are nearby. Downtown Culver City is just a few short blocks away. Downtown Culver City features exceptional dining such as Ford's Filling Station, fun night life and the historic Sony studios and The Culver Studios. The homes on Lucerne are reasonably priced for the Los Angeles area. The neighborhood is quiet and charming.

"Duquense offers a lot of everything."

Duquense Ave. is a small goreous street just a few short blocks from downtown Culver City and the lovely shops, incredible restaurants, and smashing entertainment it offers. The Culver City Police Department and Culver City Fire Department are nearby as well. This neighborhood is quiet. The homes are well kept. It seems to me to be the most friendly place in the Los Angeles are.

"The best side of Los Angeles"

Motor Ave. is a beautiful, charming street far enough away from the city to be quiet, but walking distance to fantastic boutiques, fine restaurants, and movie theatres. The schools are safe, secure, and provide excellent staffs. There is a beautiful park less than one hundred yards from my front door. There are senior centers nearby. A state of the art gym and shopping malls.

"A nice short cut during rush hour."

Glendale Blvd. runs through the "Echo Park" are of Los Angeles, California. It begins near downtown Los Angeles and runs through neighboring Glendale. Glendale Blvd. runs alongside the well known Echo Lake and Angelus Temple. Glendale Blvd. is predominantly zoned for business. I use Glendale Blvd. to by pass interstate 5 and state route 110 during heavy commute times.
