"Relatively Quiet Long Stretch of Road"

I use this street as I walk from my house to the bus stop on Warm Spring and East Warren Avenue every weekday. The road is spacious with 2 lanes for each direction. The traffic on this road is very minimal.

In the early morning, at the cross-intersection that leads up to the school, there's a person who signals traffic to ensure that kids reach the school safely.

Big canopies cover part of the pedestrian walking along the road. Tree leftover occasionally occupy the walking path but it usually gets clean before it starts accumulating.

I come by many enthusiastic cyclist on the road. The street isn't well lighted at night. Be extra cautious when walking at night, you most likely might hit something on the ground without realizing it.

"Pleasant neighbourhood with plenty of young kids."

Most of the community that lives on Sammie Avenue are well-to-do Asians. This is primarily due to the nearby schools for toddlers and kids that have a reputation of providing good education.

It's very peaceful and on the east, you are able to view the beautiful mountain landscape. If you focus closely along the edge of the mountains, you are able to see huge mansion of the rich and wealthy. It definitely gives you the motivation to work your way towards having a mansion of your own set foot along the mountains.

The neighbourhood community consist mostly of young couples. Great place for your kids to mingle with other kids after school hours.
