"Hidden Gem"
My wife and I just bought a house in Millsmont and we are so happy we did. Millsmont truly is a hidden gem so if you're looking for somewhere not too far from the city with views of the bay in a very friendly area at an affordable rate I highly recommend you take a look. We just recently started to notice that several homes are going on the market as people are starting to realize an increase in demand. Millsmont is only a 7 minute drive to downdown montclair and piedmont which we call our downtown. It's a really cute area with all the shopping and dining you need. My wife and love the fact that we can have a yard and a good amount of space yet still get into the city really quickly.
