"Great, cheap, and spacious place!"

Grant wood Village is a great place to live while you're in school. The cost is very cheap and they supply everything you need! For Mizzou student there is an hourly shuttle to avoid the cost and hassle of driving and parking at school. Comes with all the utilities needed, including washer and dryer. Utility cost included in rent, which makes it that much easier. Everything I needed and every question I had was answered immediately. All around great place and makes college that much easier and stress free!
Pros
  • Hourly Shuttle to school.
  • Close to basically everything you need, minutes from downtown Columbia.
  • Helpful and fast staff.
