They do seem to - Kaatsbaan Studio Theater with its "performance floor the size of the stage at the Metropolitan Opera" seems like a great setting for performances. While I can find pricing information, I have not been able to see a schedule of upcoming performances.

I did, however, find that this international dance center in Tivoli has showcase performances which are open to the public and free of charge. The showcases apparently last about an hour. Tthere are a couple of Extreme Ballet 2012 showcases left for this summer!
