Loop safe around 11pm for walking alone?

I'll be attending a concert at the Vic alone and I'll be taking the brown line to the loop (washington/wells) and walk 3 blocks to olgivie. Should I be really worried?

I wouldn't be worried walking alone at that time of night anymore than anywhere else. It's probably safer than most places because of all the cameras that businesses have posted down there; even the alleys are usually covered by cameras.
