Condo's go for around 10mill, if youre looking to rent a one bedroom itd range you 1900-2700. If youre looking to buy a co-op, it can run you 8mill.

There aren't any not expensive streets in Sutton Place. The neighborhood only spans about three streets, one of them being "Sutton Place." Most of the residences there are actual homes which is such a rarity in Manhattan that they usually go for over $10 million.
