Looking for a great neighborhood in Sunrise?

Our goal is to move somewhere that is convenient to Coral Springs and convenient as possible to Hollywood. We also really want a home with a pool for $225,000 or under and we want to be in a good neighborhood for kids. Tall order, I know!
