What was located at 73 Sullivan St. in 1864?

I am wanting to know the history of the building and if it was a residential building. Also, if possible, are there any pictures of the building in 1864 and where would I locate them? Thanks!!!!!

I've done quite a lot of research on this, and I can't find anything noteworthy about the particular building. I know that it is now commercial but I'm willing to be that while I'm willing to bet it's the same building that was standing at the time, it was, most likely, residential back then. It was a really nice neighborhood during that period and it still is.
