Can non-residents park on Strathmore St in Brighton MA?
On Strathmore Road near Commonwealth Ave in Brighton, MA there are definitely Resident Only signs on ONE side of the street. There are no Resident Only signs on the other side of the street. Does that mean non-residents can park on that side of the street?
