What is there to do in Steamboat Springs during the summer?

I love to go up to Strawberry Hotsprings in the summer and lounge around in the day, evening or night time. My fiance and I spent 3 nites there in June and stayed downtown at Hotel Bristol, the rooms were unique and had an old west feel I liked. We played pool, shopped in the day and went canoeing for the day in Steamboat Lake.
