Where would 299-11 Rockaway Blvd be in 1930s?

I'm doing research on my family's history in Queens New York in the 1930s. My great grandfather lived at 299-11 Rockaway Blvd, Springfield Gardens, I cannot find the address when browsing census records. I would like to know what Enumeration District or at least Assembly District it would be in in 1930 and 1940. And does the address still exist? Is there any way of getting records about that address. I live out of state.
