What are best neighborhood/areas within Shaker Heights,$300-400K range?

Home prices would need to be in the $300-400K range. The key factors are home appreciation/resale ease and safety/security? Schools are not an issue as our children are out of school. I am relocating for a job. My wife would at home during day. Thanks.
