Apartments in Spackenkill are hard to come by, actually. There aren't too many apartment buildings in the area, but there are condos nearby off of Cedar Avenue if I'm not mistaken.
Anyway, it's hard to find specific information on what that would cost you because I'm not even sure they exist here. What I can tell you is that more modest homes in Spackenkill might run you about $200,000. Rentals, if they exist, might cost a fair amount, at least $1200/month (and I base that off of what I know of other nearby towns in Dutchess County).
