Are there any cycling-specific trails in the city of Poughkeepsie?

At this time many parts of the Dutchess County Rail Trail are completed and provide great destinations for cyclists and walkers as well. My family and I enjoy walking and cycling at different sections of the trail. It is now connected to the Walkway over the Hudson and the views are fabulous. During the weekends that Walkway tends to be too crowded for biking especially on nice days. But the other trails are amazing.
