The Yoga Room offers the widest variety of classes as far as times and levels. They have prenatal classes and also Zumba two nights a week.

A third option is a yoga class that meets on Fridays at 9:30 in the library at Christ Church (corner of Pelhamdale Avenue and Shore Road). For those who belong to the New York Athletic Club, yoga is also offered at the Pelham Travers Island clubhouse.
