Best kid friendly neighborhood in PTC

We are moving to PTC this summer with our three young children and would love some suggestions on neighborhoods. We would really love a neighborhood with lots of kids and also a swim community to enjoy in the summers!

Peachtree City is altogether family friendly. My family is new to the area and have felt so welcomed. The most highly kid-populated neighborhoods seem to be Centennial, Cedar Croft, Planterra, Pinegate, Woodcreek, and Mountbrook. Plus there are lots of parks and elementary schools so anything around those is good too. I can personally tell you that Centennial and Cedar Croft are packed with children.
