The Anza Branch of the San Francisco Public Library is the nearest library in Outer Richmond. It is actually located just to the west of George Washington High School in a wonderful mission style building with red tile roofs and adobe walls. It was under reconstruction recently but I think it has reoponed. If not then you have to go into Inner Richmond just to east of Park Presidio to the Richmond Library.
