Best city in FL?

Myself and my current roommate of 3 years are looking to move to Florida, We would love to live right near a beach. We currently live in St Paul MN, We are looking for information on best housing rentals, area's. She works for insurance and I work for a chiropractor as front desk, we both are also in the restaurant life as a second job. We Need the best area's for jobs & housing. ideally near the beach !
