Look for suburban neighborhoods if you want something similar to Norwood Park. I think North Park or the Six Corners are fairly similar in general. Anything farther from the heart of the city that are safe and very residential.

Norwood Park is a nearly suburban neighborhood, which is quiet and ideal for families. It isn't like most Chicago neighborhoods because it is on the outskirts of the city, so I'd say it's more similar to a close by suburb like Evanston than any part of the city proper.
