Snow Removal on City Roads
When it snows, and the streets are covered, there is one thing I notice and that is the avenues get cleaned first followed by secondary roads. The street I live on does not get cleared right away. But it seems when I go outside in the morning, after a snowstorm, the street is like half-covered.
