Midtown to Turn Up the Heat on Summer Street Fairs

Hey, I read today that the rules for street fairs may be changing this year.

I love street fairs and look forward to when they start. I wonder what impact these rules will have on street fairs and this summer.

Only time will tell. They will be voting on it soon.
