Is Your Fire Escape In Good Shape
I had to visit a client recently and noticed a fire escape in an adjacent building seemed to be in poor shape. When I put my glasses on to see, I noticed when the person living in that apartment came out and walked on the fire escape to place some clothes he just washed. The entire structure shook a little. I told him to have it checked because it seemed to be loose. He told me the landlord was coming over the next day to look at it.
Do you have fire escapes that are safe and sturdy, or do you know anyone who lives in an apartment building with loose fire escapes?
