High Price of Cereal

I don't know about the rest of you, but I am really getting tired of seeing stores charge $6.99 to nearly $8 a box of cereal. Come on why do much. It is just a small box. I asked one store owner who tolds me his rent went up, along with his purchasing power. He claimed buying wholesale is getting more expensive. It used to be you could buy products cheaply. But not now.

Do you people see high prices for cereral, or for anything for that matter, a nuisance?

hhusted why dont you try Trader Joe's ? they have their own brands of cereal and their Joe's Os which are comparable to Cheerios are priced only $1.99 for a 450gm box. Ever since the chain opened its first store in NYC I have been a convert and I cant wait for their new store to open on W72nd Street.( http://curbed.com/tags/2075-broadway)
