Green Light for Midtown

NYC instituted a program in 2009 that was to help reduce traffic congestion throughout Midtown Manhattan. These improvements were on Broadway at Times Square and again at Herald Square. This project was completed in August 2009. Since that time, the DOT has been collecting data to assess the project's impact on traffic and public life.

Have you noticed any changes in the area of Times Square and Herald Square on Broadway? Is the traffic more manageable?
