Action Center to End World Hunger

Are you interested in seeing the end of world hunger? Would you like to know why people are going hungry in this world? Would you like to learn how to do something to stop it? If so, pay the Action Center to End World Hunger a visit. They are located near the World Trade Center site, at 6 River Terrace Battery Park City, in Manhattan.

This institution educates people on the reasons for world hunger, and how you can help to end it. There are hands-on, interactive displays where you can watch videos of people from around the world, reporting about the problem in their area and how you can help out.

You can get there by the following ways:

subway: A,C,E,2,3 to Chambers St.
bus: M20 or M22 to North End Ave, and Vesey St.

The center is open Tues, Thurs, Fri, and Sat from 10am - 6pm. They are open on Wednesday from 10am to 8pm and Sunday from 10am - 5pm. You can call 212-537-0500 for more info.
