Is Montlake's rental costs comparable to Fremont?

Is it cheaper, more expensive...?

It's nearly the same, Montlake is perhaps very slightly cheaper. Either way, you're looking at at least $1300 for a 1 bedroom, more for a newer building or condo. Good luck!
