Does anyone know anything about the Knollwood on the Colorado development thats being constructed?

We are moving from South Austin and looking into new construction in the $150-$185k price range. I would like more information about neighborhood demographics, area schools (Montessori, pre-schools, and elementary), median incomes, security and overall convenience of this location (i.e. is there a decent H-E-B or farmer's market close by? What about parks, dog parks or coffee shops?) Thanks!
