Sketchy/shady neighborhoods not too far from affluent neighborhoods?
Where are there alleys and dead ends in an area that is sketchy and has low income housing, but is not too far from affluent neighborhoods? This is research for a novel. We will be scouting locations, but need to know a few places where we can begin our search. Thank you!
