How much are homes around that big golf course near the nieghborhood in the center of town?

Looks like a nice neighborhood...

Are you taking about Sunset or Twin Peaks? Sunset on 3rd and Sunset is a 9 hole golf course and in the old town area....prices range from mid 200,000 to over 600,000....Twin Peaks is off 9th and Mountain View....prices run in that area from mid 200,000 to 500,000.
