Is Lakeview in Chicago walkable? Can I walk to everything or do I need a car?

The Lakeview neighborhood is very walkable and has access to trains as well as buses. You can easily walk to the market or to take care of other errands and commute quickly to downtown or other parts of the city via train/bus.
