What is the difference between Irvine Blvd East and Irvine Blvd West?

Hello JungMc! there are no difference. At this time, the area you pinpoint is where new housing constructions are occuring. Houses of nearly 1 million dollars, nice neighborhoods. They are also building a new school ( not sure if it's a high school). If you buy a house their is a great area to start a family or to bring your family.
