Huntington beach (Holt drive st)

Hello, so me and my mum considering moving to the huntington beach area, actually weve found an apt on Holt drive st that we really like, but my mum is kind of worry about the safety of this area so any info about this st/area or any recommendations about areas that we should avoid while looking, and I also forgot to mention that my 14 year old sister is moving with us so any recommendations about good high schools there ? Will be very thankful for any tip. Waiting for your replies
