Okay, here are three of the best restaurants in Haight-Ashbury--I won't say they are the best because there are so many choices here:

1 Cha Cha Cha for tapas.
2. The Citrus Club for Asian fusion.
3. Bia's for Mediterranean food.

And the other good thing is that none of these will cost you an arm and leg in terms of the bill.
