Is rent in Gunbarrel significantly cheaper than Boulder, is the lower price worth the drive?

I looked and looked for more updated numbers but the best I could come up with was 2009, which at that time they were pretty comparable, but you know how fast things have changed!

Median gross rent:

Gunbarrel - $1,037
Boulder - $1,092

HeatherS hmmm not that much different. I kinda get the feeling that it is about 25% less to rent in Gunbarrel than Boulder, just what I have noticed from friends. Thanks for checking it out:)
