Is "1080 Bush St" (Bush near Leavenworth) safe?

Hi!

I'm moving to san francisco tomorrow and the Academy of Art University has offered me an apartment in "1080 Bush St", which is for the university and it is in Bush near Leavenworth St.

Safety is really important for me and I want to know if it is a safe place to live. I have to tell the university about my decision today. Can you please answer my question?
