How much do homes go for in The Preserve area of Fort Collins?

Timnath is a separate town it is just SE of Fort Collins and on the East side of I-25. If you have an address I can look up the property. As far as the photos, the home may be on a golf course or the listing agent may have taken pictures of some of the amenities in the community. Again with an address or MLS number I can get you a lot more information. My contact info is on the website.

The one listing I found for the Preserve in Timnath was for new construction and was in the mid $450k range. If you would like to search for properties check out my website at: www.rem.ax/SsBCV1. There is a link to the local MLS on the search for properties map.

RickLesquier Fort Collins is a great place to live. I moved here from Florida 21 years ago and I would never go back. Look on the web site. There is a lot of information there. The local info tab has links to Fort Collins Government site and it also has links you may want to check out, Eventful shows whats going on in the area, and then there is a Weather link. I also have a relocation package I could mail to you if you would like one. Just let me know how I can help and in the mean time you can check out what's for sale on the Home search feature. The map will help get you a little familiar with the layout of Fort Collins. BTW we have a great venue just South of town called the Ranch. It is the Larimer county fair and event center. They have lots of entertainment venues, craft and hobby shows and the Colorado Eagles Hockey games and the Budweiser Center. There are also horse and pet events. Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor form what is called the golden Triangle of Northern Colorado. I think you will love it here as I do. Let me know if you need anything. Rick
