Fishtown, Kensington and Northern Liberties are definitely the places to find factory and warehouse conversions that are now lofts, such as The Milk Depot in Kensington. These areas were mostly industrial throughout history, so there are many of these old buildings available. There are also new luxury apartment buildings popping up all over Philadelphia, such as The Granary just north of the Parkway.
