How much does land per acre go for around Fairplay/Alma?

It really depends on what you're looking for and how much you have to spend. Close to town on flat land without trees you can find some for about $1,000 an acre. Outside of town there are some really incredible parcels of land which are considerably more expensive. You can find some with rivers going through them, some with lakes or ponds, and many with incredible views. I recently saw 35 acres without running water that was going for $239,000. If you can go several hundred thousand dollars more, you can get incredible land with water in the form of streams, rivers, and ponds.
