I don't have 10 things but here are a few things to do in East Side:

1. Calumet Park
2. Calumet Beach
3. East Side Community Memorial - features a 1991 "Desert Storm" tank
4. 1937 Memorial Day Massacre Sculpture - commemorates events of May 30, 1937 when workers paraded for Union rights and were shot at the gates of Republican Steel Co.
5. St. Simeon Mirotocivi Serbian Orthodox Church - beautiful Serbian Gothic architecture
6. Phil's Kastle Burgers - 50's-60's style diner
7. Calumet Fisheries - smokes their own seafood - featured on Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations show
