Is Crawford Street in East Falls a safe place to live?

Any time you are trying to figure out the safety of a new neighborhood, I'd advise looking at sites such as CrimeReports.com or the Philadelphia Police Department's Crime Map and Stats page. As an agent active in the East Falls area, however, I can say East Falls is an up-and-coming area with a lot to offer, including some new restaurants, shops and a farmers market, not to mention easy access to major routes.
