I need some advice moving

I am moving to the Pleasant Hill, Concord, Walnut Creek area where are the neighborhoods to avoid and where are the good areas to live?
I am moving to the contra costa area maybe around the Pleasant Hill, Concord, Walnut Creek area and I need some advise on where are the areas/neighborhoods to avoid and where are the good areas to live? Any advise will help.
