Has anyone hiked Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs?

The last time I was on Pikes Peak, I was very young, and we didn't hike the entire trail - we drove part way, climbed to the summit, and then drove down. But the Barr Trailhead is by far the most common way to climb Pikes Peak. It starts in Manitou Springs and takes you on a thirteen-mile hike up to the summit. There's a train at the top, so if you don't feel like hiking all the way back down, you can always rest and let the Pikes Peak Cog Railway take you back to your vehicle.
