1 bedroom apartments in Civic Center, New York City - how much will I be paying per month?

Here's the weird thing about living in the Fidi area: no one wants to live there but it's crazy expensive. Most of the buildings in the area are new, luxury buildings to cater to the money guys that work in the area. You can find a place that's less than $2500 / month, but it'll be a little further down unless you're lucky. I would bet on that number, though. The plus side is that your apartment will be brand new with an elevator and dishwasher which are considered serious luxuries in Manhattan.
