Is Cheeseman Park a place to avoid if you are worried about drugs / drug dealers?

I've lived at Cheesman Park for 8 Decembers, and perhaps I'm oblivious to such things, but honestly, I haven't seen many issues at all. The police keep very regular patrols of the park through the evenings, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet for the most part.

I'm sure that bad stuff happens everywhere, but I've certainly not noticed it as a problem in the park or the surrounding neighborhood.
