Relocating-Can you suggest a street based on the detail we provide below?

Looking to move to Chapel Hill /Carboro area. We are 63, 54, and 16 yrs. 16 yr old is homeschooled, so school district is not important. We are sierra club members. We want a green walking community with ample green space. We would like to be near libraries, book stores, cafes, parks, ymca, museums, education centers, walking, running,biking and hiking trails. We do not want to be near the bar scene.
