Are there any farms really left in Centennial?

It really depends on what your definition of a farm is. If you are thinking of large acreage where crops are grown, then no there really aren't any farms left in Centennial. If you are thinking of a place with some rural feel, possibly acreage or horse property then yes there are still some options like that available.

I live near the eastern side of Centennial and I'm around the area a lot. To my knowledge there aren't any. It's pretty much all built out but I may have missed one on the west side of Centennial but I don't think so. There is a place called The Farm at Arapahoe County which is a subdivision within Centennial but it's just a bunch of nicer homes. No farms and I have no clue why someone would name it that.
