Good, safe place to live in Carlstadt NJ?

Looking to move out of N.Y.C. Need a home I can walk everywhere to.

Hi, all around the Broad st, Monroe, Madison st, 1st, 2nd ,3rd steet you can walk to bus stop, Stop and hop and all the shopping on Hackensack st. From Broad and Monroe bus ride to NYC is about 22 minutes.
