What are the neighbors like in the Byberry area?

Are they friendly neighbors, gossipy or the kind the you never see, but you know they are there? Any kids in the area?

Byberry is a nice area to live in. The neighbors seem to be friendly enough. The area is pretty quiet for the most part. There are children in the are but it's not an overflow of juvenile shenanigans. I always like visiting the neighborhood because of its neighborly spirit.
