Would this be a great place to live if we are just moving into Seattle?

We are a family of 5 looking to move to seattle from the Rockford Illinois and we are looking for a place that will best suit us and somewhere to get a fresh start.

Chantrice, Cap Hill is a great place to live but there are several factors you should take into consideration...job location, schools, rent vs buy? condo vs SFR. I'm a realtor.
